There are several critical issues facing the Town of Meeker that Jeff feels he can be beneficial in helping with - Lake Expansion Project, Town Annexation to protect the Town of Meeker, and local business growth and development.
Jeff is married to Leslie Wilbourn.
They are the proud parents of Jarin and Carson Wilbourn. Jeff Wilbourn has been involved in the Meeker community for over 30 years.
Jeff has been working in farming and ranching for over 25 years and is an owner of Five Tool Designs, specializing in home renovations. Jeff Wilbourn is an eight-year veteran of the US Army National Guard and the US Army Reserve.
Jeff graduated from Meeker High School and completed his Bachelors of Science Degree at the University of Central Oklahoma specializing in Environmental Health and Safety. Jeff also completed US Army Basic Training and Advanced Infantry Training (AIT) at Fort Jackson, SC.

Jeff Wilbourn graduated from Meeker High School. While at Meeker Jeff enjoyed representing the Bulldogs in football, basketball, and baseball. He was also an officer for the Meeker Chapter of the FFA. Jeff continues to support the Meeker Chapter of the FFA!
Jeff completed a Bachelors of Science Degree at the University of Central Oklahoma specializing in Environmental Health and Safety.
Jeff Wilbourn has also served his community, state, and country prior to and after 911. He completed US Army Basic Training and Advanced Infantry Training (AIT) at Fort Jackson, SC during his time in the military.
