Five Tool Designs has started the renovations on HWY62. This old farmhouse was built in 1930. It is past due for some love and attention.
At Five Tool Designs, it is our goal to make every house we renovate the best it can be. This is an old farmhouse; the design plan is to embrace the farmhouse style and design elements.
Our team consists of an experienced construction crew who will begin the removal of the old carpet, flooring, sheetrock, cabinets, doors, and trim. This will be the foundation of the renovation.
Until Phase I has been completed, we do not know what we will find and what structural repairs need to be completed. This is when it begins to get exciting.
Once the evaluation is completed, the structure of the old farmhouse will be the first priority. The foundation, walls, and ceiling beams; will all be thoroughly evaluated and repaired.
